reflection workshop

Today, marks Day 1 of our Semi-Annual reflection workshop in Uganda. We are honored by the presence of Steven Otieno, our Global MEAL Lead as well as The Hunger Project Regional Director, Dr. Daisy Owomugasho who is officially opening the three days workshop.

Majorly, this event is a key space for us to learn and share program experiences, monitor and analyse how we have implemented our strategies and action plans, how effective we have been in supporting others to carry out their work and whether we need to change our tactics, strategies and work plans.

With at-least three representatives per partner organization, we are excited and looking forward to developing and rolling out feasible implementation plans for each partner and together contribute to the Semi-Annual Review and reflection workshop report as well as Result framework/indicator performance report.
