International Women's Day 2022

March 8th marked International Women's Day. We celebrated the occasion with a live dialogue on accelerating gender equality. We discussed how to strengthen women's capacity to influence decision-makers and policies, and shared examples of how this looks in practice. Panelists included a Member of Parliament from South Sudan, an Agribusiness Woman from Uganda, MCMDO a Righ2Grow local CSO partner from Ethiopia and a representative from the Joining Forces Alliance in East and Southern Africa.
